Well as you may have noticed it's been an incredibly busy past couple of months.  The project I've been working on is almost ready to ship (in fact we've shipped two versions out already, with a third to come shortly).

While we have used the Agile methodology in this project, and I'm in no doubt that we have gained a lot out of it, I'm also in no doubt that we haven't used it to it's full potential.  As a result, we're definitely back at the waterfall again, going through cycle after cycle of defect repairs.

Having said that, we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel now, and while the next couple of weeks will still be crucial, I can look forward to getting some time back and looking at some of my own pet projects.
