I admit it, when I signed up for Microsoft's Scottish community event, I didn't realise it was a Saturday.  Thankfully, getting up at 7am turned out to be worth it, as all the presentations were really well delivered and thought-provoking.

There are so many different frameworks out there just now it can be hard to keep track of them all, and one of the lectures was on the Web Client Software Factory, from the P & P guys at MS.  I'm currently checking it out to see if it could form the foundations of a future project.

I will definitely be keeping a lookout for these events in the future.
